What information do we collect?
Rebecca Joy collects information from you to enable us to provide you with the goods and services you ask for. This may include your name, address, telephone, email address, credit or other payment card details. We do not retain payment card details following completion of a transaction. For How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
The length of time we keep your personal data will vary depending on the purpose for which it was collected:
Where you have contact us but not placed an order, your data will be kept for 2 years after the last date of contact.
Where you have placed an order with us, your data will be kept for 7 years after your last order or 2 years after the last date of contact, whichever is later.
Where you have signed up to our email mailing list via our website we’ll keep your data whilst you keep opening our emails. Any address on the list which does not open a message for 2 years will be removed. If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, please contact via the details at the bottom of this page.
